The live demo opens a throwaway WooCommerce store with VAT Sentinel preloaded, right in your browser. Enter a valid EU VAT number at checkout and watch the VAT drop to zero.
The sandbox is a temporary store that runs in your browser and disappears when you close the tab. Nothing you enter is saved.
What you can try
A valid VAT number
Enter a valid cross-border EU business number and watch the order summary zero the VAT before you place the order.
An invalid number
Enter an invalid number and see VAT stay on the order, with the number flagged.
The admin view
Open the dashboard to see the live VIES status panel and the log of recent checks.
A preview of what you’ll see
Demo status
The one-click public sandbox launches when VAT Sentinel is published. It uses WordPress Playground to boot a temporary WooCommerce store with the plugin loaded from its public release, so there is nothing for us to host or maintain. Until the plugin is public, the launch button is marked “coming soon”.
A fully working local version of this demo already exists for internal preview. See site/demo/README.md in the project for the one-command local sandbox.
